It happened this morning… I was in towing a friends
vehicle and at some point we got stuck in traffic. This
‘Officer’ just came out of the blues and said to
me…Oga, do you know I can arrest you… Why you no
go repair the vehicle? I told him we were taking it for
repairs… Next thing…. Do you know it is an offence
to tow a vehicle?…..what!!!! Well been a regular on
that route and knowing fully well he is always an
early-morning-alcohol-reeking-officer…. I just said
sorry sir…and i smiled to myself… Esteemed
